November saw the Rotary Foundation Cadre visit the project site to inspect the work to date. The community welcomed the visitors from India and were delighted to show the work that has been completed to date.

Overall the Cadre was impressed with the work undertaken and commented on the technical difficulty of carrying out a gravity fed system over such a long distance.

Work continues on the completion of the pipeline, as well as making some extra support in the areas where the landslide affected the work earlier this year.

The reservoir tanks are now completed installed and work is beginning on the construction of the toilets. Due to needing some extra labour in the area, we are looking at teaching the amazing women of the community how to construct these buildings. Another string to their bow!
